8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

dd4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incomplete information is found on the account.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• At the member's own request (Self-exclusion).

Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a valid violation, any bonus funds in it will be forfeited. However, real funds that were legitimately earned and have met wagering requirements will be returned to the member's payment account, provided that no fraud has been proven.
